Jen Combet
A registered nurse, midwife and lactation consultant with over 30 years experience who's passionate about the benefits of breastfeeding. As a mum of 3 girls she knows it's not always easy and shares a great range of practical tips about positioning and attachment, expressing and what to expect in your first few days.
Genevieve Muir
Gen is mum of 4 boys, obstetric social worker and parenting expert who helps smooth the journey into this new phase of life. Gen will give some invaluable feeding, sleeping and settling advice as well as debunk some of the common myths about crying, routines and settling into your early days as a parent.
Tamara Woods
Tamara is a Women's Health Physio who specialises in helping women women stay active and healthy in pregnancy and recover after birth. Tamara shares some practical tips and exercises to care for your pelvic floor, avoid abdominal separation and prolapse and how to benefit from perineal massage.

Our content is very comprehensive and will take you from pregnancy and your body right up until what to do with your new bundle in the first few weeks.
